Steps to reset the password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password from this screen.

1. Enter your e-mail address in the [E-mail address] field and click the [Reset password] button.
2. If the corresponding account exists at the specified e-mail address, an e-mail with a URL for resetting will be sent.
3. Please reset your password within 24 hours from the URL sent to you.

Password requirements

The password for logging into the system must meet all of the following requirements:

• Character type: Alpha-numeric characters and symbols (such as! #$%&'()=~-^+*_)
• Length: not less than 8 characters and not more than 32 characters.
• Content: Must contain at least one letter (upper and lower case), one number, and one symbol.
